The Roleplay Companion helps you manage your Dungeons & Dragons 3.5 games. It allows players to have control over their characters and Dungeon Masters to create campaigns and make them available to players.
This is a very early beta version with limited functionality and potentially many bugs. The following features are already available:
DMs can:
- create a campaign and publish it on the local network
- set and modify the date of the campaign (real world or Forgotten Realms dates)
- start a battle with the party, adding monsters if necessary
- see initiative order for the battle
- add and see conditions affecting individual characters
- view the turn number and who's turn it is
- award xp based on level or fixed to the whole party or select characters
Players can:
- view published campaigns on the local network
- create characters and add them a campaign
- set an image for a character
- set a characters race (human or elf for now) and gender
- set a characters ability scores, level and XP
- set or randomly roll initiative in battle
- view current conditions on their character (like paralyzed, blessed)
Since the application is in constant development, please expect that all entered data might be lost in a future update due to data format changes.
